Himalayan wildlife commonly seen are Himalayan Thar, musk deer, colorful Danfe, and perhaps even the rare species of Red Panda & Snow Leopard, not to mention the ever-present yaks of the higher elevations. Pine, Juniper, and Birch trees will surround you as you trek through the forested areas and colorful flowers will welcome you in the spring. Monasteries, prayer wheels, mani stones, and fluttering prayer flags line your route providing an opportunity to explore your spirit as you challenge your body in the peace and beauty of the Himalayas.
