Are you looking for an amazing travel experience in Zimbabwe? Do you want to make a difference and teach English to disadvantaged children?
津巴布韦吸引成千上万的游客very year due to its natural splendors and cultural diversities. However, the country still remains poor and struggles to provide quality education to its children. Schooling here used to be held under trees and informal shelters. Although they built a real school in 2012, it still experiences a lack of funding and resources, teacher shortages, and is without power or electricity. IFRE Volunteers teams up with this school to improve the English skills of the underprivileged children. Help is needed from international volunteers like you!
As a volunteer, you will assist local teachers in teaching English to disadvantaged children and help prepare them for a better future. You will help the children with their homework, play with the kids, walk them to and from school, and help in fundraising efforts. Children of all ages will thrive having you there as a volunteer to support their educational journey. You will rest-assured every night knowing that your day was spent carving a better future for children in need.
Important Information
We welcome volunteers from a variety of backgrounds! You should have a passion for working with young children and be eager to help them learn. You do not need to have a teaching certification, and the only qualification required is a solid grasp of the English language.
