Overview

Volunteering opportunities with the Angloville Project are organized by the Development without Boundaries Foundation, Krakow (Poland).

The Angloville Adult programme is a great opportunity for native English speakers to help local participants – successful professionals from various walks of life – improve their English language skills. Throughout these programmes you will learn about the local culture and meet like-minded travelers from around the world.

在每个程序中,大约有12-20成人学生ents typically aged 30-60 and an equal number of English-speaking volunteers. Our adult students come from various walks of life from individual entrepreneurs to corporate professionals and even artists. They are successful in their profession but need a boost in their English skills, especially when it comes to communication. You can learn a lot about them, their profession, and the country itself during deep and meaningful conversations throughout the day.

Angloville offers cultural exchange programmes where volunteers receive free board and lodging in the beautiful Romanian countryside in exchange for helping local programme attendees practise their English language skills.

A typical programme is spent in a stimulating environment mixing with Romanian and native English speakers in a series of casual one-on-one conversations, group activities, negotiations, hiking, walking, swimming, meals (with both Romanian and English speakers) and entertainment all in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. This is a fantastic opportunity to explore the beauty of Eastern Europe and meet people not only from various backgrounds and professions but all over the world.
